We will now close at 5:15pm on December and reopen 9 am Thursday 4th January, 2024.

Our last day for completion is Thursday 21 December and the first date for completion will be Wednesday 10 January, 2024.

This will be on all transactions, whether mortgaged or not. Please bear this in mind when considering completion dates.  

Regardless of what you and the other parties in a chain hope and intend, there is no guarantee of any particular time frame, due to factors that are out of our direct control such as possible delays from lenders, valuers, surveyors, search providers and other law firms.

We will of course, as always, aim to get transactions completed as soon as we can.
