When you instruct us, or during the transaction, we will ask you to provide documentation to demonstrate these points to us. This may include detailed financial information with regards to your source of funding. All financial documents must include your name and address
All clients will de asked to complete and submit their ID safely and securely via our third-party app Thirdfort which uses digital identity verification and the government backed open banking technology and is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. A link will be sent to your phone once we have received paperwork and initial fees.

More information about Thirdfort: Our Thirdfort app is used to verify your ID for both your name and your address. It is secure and easy to use. It can be completed in the comfort of your own home or the office, 24 hours a day and takes around 5 minutes to complete. Humble & Clark Legal initiate and trigger the process once we have received a clients paperwork and initial payment. This sends a text message to each client to download the Thirdfort app and complete their details.
