When you instruct us, or during the transaction, we will ask you to provide documentation to demonstrate these points to us. This may include detailed financial information with regards to your source of funding. Please help us meet our legal obligations, and to deal with your transaction, by reading the information we supply carefully, and giving us the information and documentation, we ask for. promptly so as not to slow down your transaction.
We can process this information, by appointment only, using original documents, in person at our offices.
Alternatively, for convenience, clients may complete and submit ID, and where applicable, source of funds, safely and securely via our third-party app Thirdfort which uses digital identity verification and the government backed open banking technology and is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
