Our costs do not change unless your instructions do
Our conveyancing cost will depend on the sale or purchase price of the property.
There are also a number of other factors that need to be taken into account such as whether you have a mortgage, Help to Buy mortgage, Help to Buy ISAs, gifted deposits and if the property is freehold or leasehold.
We only act for clients who live in the UK and hold a UK bank account. All funds paid to us must come from a UK bank account and been there 6 months +. Any funds paid to you, will be sent to your UK bank account.
Like many other Firms we charge an additional fee when dealing with London-based solicitors / properties. This is due to the increased volume of correspondence and complex drafting.
Our fees are transparent, so there are no hidden costs. The quote you receive is the fee you pay. If your instructions change, or there is additional work due to unforeseen circumstances, we will discuss this with you and give you a cost for the work.
We offer a quick and easy service to draft your Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA).

An ID fee of £35 + vat pp applies to all new instructions.
You may be exempt from paying the registration fee if you’re on a low income or if you receive certain income related benefits.
Have peace of mind and allow us to draft your Will.

The cost depends on the complexity of your wishes. If your wishes are more complex, once we have met with you to take instruction, we can confirm a fixed price quote.
