Linsey supports the conveyancers in our team. She makes initial contact with estate agents and the legal representative on the other side of the transaction to confirm instruction. Linsey obtains Land Registry documents and title deeds and places searches, at the start of the conveyaning process and also undertakes the post completion process, to register new ownership with HM Land Registry.
