Lenders will set out dates nearer Christmas as to their cut off dates for sending and receiving requests for mortgage funds. This may affect your ability to complete, please discuss with your dedicated conveyancer.

As a result we expect the last day for completions to be on Wednesday 21 December and Wednesday 11 January, 2023 as the first date for completions in January. This will be on all transactions, whether mortgaged or not. Please bear this in mind when considering completion dates.
