Conveyancing Support Assistant

This is a permanent role

21 hours per week over 5 or 3 days

Job Description – Conveyancing Support
Key responsibilities. You will
• take instructions from clients, estimate fees and open new files
• obtain and check Land Registry documents or title deeds
• undertake Post Completion Procedures
• carry out ID checks as part of our anti money laundering procedures
• archive files as per archiving procedure

Key attributes
• strong attention to detail
• good IT skills
• methodical
• ability to liaise with clients in a courteous and professional manner
• excellent organisational skills
• a reliable team player
• experience in an admin role is essential
