Admin Support Assistant / Receptionist

15 hours per week over 5 days / 10 -1pm. This is a permanent role

Job Description – Admin Support /receptionist
Key responsibilities.

You will
• carry out reception duties including answering the telephone, arranging client meetings, diary and meeting room management
• maintain the filling system
• carry out ID checks
• be responsible for post coming into and out of the office
• open new files as per new file instruction form
• check Land Registry payments
• archive files as per Archiving Procedure
• take initial quote instructions from clients and pass to the Conveyancers

• strong attention to detail
• good IT skills
• methodical
• ability to liaise with clients in a courteous and professional manner
• excellent organisational skills
• a reliable team player
• experience in an admin role is essential
